MyMr – Medical Records Platform

MyMr is a medical records management platform that enables patients and healthcare providers to upload and share medical records seamlessly. Users can exchange documents across patient-to-provider and provider-to-provider relationships through printers and websites.

The platform organises medical files into thirteen dedicated folder types: Clinical Summary, History and Physical, Consultation Notes, Progress Notes, Discharge Summary, Lab Reports, Pathology Reports, Radiology Reports, Procedures Reports, Emergency Room Records, Miscellaneous, Medications, and Manual documents.

Additional functionality includes customisable user profiles with avatar settings, providing a personalised experience for both patients and medical professionals. The system is designed for ease of use across all device types.

The technology stack comprised Angular Material for the frontend, Node.js for backend services, and MongoDB as the database. The team of two developers and a designer used HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and jQuery throughout the build.
