Saravana Kumar, CEO and Director of Securenext - started his career as freelancer at late 2000, He founded Securenext with the help Mr. Balaji at 2001 with bachelors in computer science. He worked with customers all around US and UK for past 7 years now. Under his management Securenext become Top coder 1 status with Rentacoder community. Saran with his reliability, trusted presence and technical skills has won lot of appreciations from the customers, it is worth mentioning he designed and created India’s first search engine http://www.byindia.com which was then acquired by a US company.

An engineer with top academic scores and experience in customer support, Shivaji currently manages all of Securenext's assets, and includes both Talent Engagement and Finance.

Todd has been managing offshore software programmers for ten years now. Prior to joining SecureNext, he started Solution Vault, Inc which has since been merged into SecureNext.  Before starting Solution Vault, Todd was a project manager for an Internet start up in the investment management industry that has since been acquired. In that capacity, Todd designed and oversaw the development of a computing platform that managed upwards of $130,000,000 for 110 families at the time of his departure. Todd worked as an assistant portfolio manager for the private wealth group of a large bank before transitioning into the Internet. He is a graduate of UC Irvine.
