As an American company trying to build an internet start-up business from the beginning, development is easily your most important decision. We were assigned one project manager and three developers. Their task was to take our existing code and integrate into new web 2.0 technologies. I will admit that in the beginning as with any new endeavor there is a phase of learning and communicating with each other. But, after about one month the development really started to take off. Not only was the quality of work improving by the day, but the development time for new enhancements was increasing rapidly.

As the project moved forward our Project Manager started becoming more and more comfortable with his role in directing the developers. What I did not expect was the way he embraced our vision as his own by making suggestions and improvements that I did not even think of myself. The communication barrier I was concerned about previously was not an issue as their mastery of the English language far exceeded my expectations. Not only do they understand everything you say well but they are extremely polite and courteous.

I am happy to say that here we are only six months after handing the project to the Securenext team and we are ready to launch to the world. I can honestly say that I am not sure if we would have ever been in this position had we stayed with our American developers. No, I would say we would probably be out of business.
