Times are a changing…..

For as long as I can remember, most of the demand for Internet software development has been coming from the United States. Over the past several months now, I have been noticing a shift of sorts. There is a great deal of activity taking place outside of the United States. I am seeing a lot of activity taking place in other countries that are targeting those countries. In other words, people are starting to see beyond the United States as a target market for their online services. Is this a trend or is this beginning of a structural shift? I am curious to see what others have to say.
